I have wanted an AR-15 for a while now and have really done my homework on this rifle and the extensive list of manufacturers producing AR's. I ultimately decided on PSA because of their dollar for dollar quality. All in, including shipping and FFL transfer I'm at $580- for a well built rifle with great specifications that I can be proud to show off. For that, I say thank you PSA.
Now the real reason for this post. PSA has a reputation of marginal customer service and horrible shipping times. Not so in my case. My lower receiver took 6 days to ship and my upper receiver took 15 hours (yes hours) to ship. I ordered my upper Monday night and by yesterday morning I received shipping info and 24 hours after receiving the shipping info it is currently en route to my house. I ordered my lower last Thursday morning and I got confirmation that it will leave the PSA facility today. In regards to customer service, I have called them about 4 times, waited less than 5 minutes each time and was helped by a friendly customer service rep. For those worried about long shipping times and marginal customer service- don't be! PSA has earned themselves a definite repeat customer in me! |
