| I've ordered ammo in the past and hadn't had any problems. But I ordered a case of 5.56 about a month ago, a week went by no order confirm no nothing. So I call. The man tells me they got the order shipment goes out tomorrow. Cool, no problem. Two weeks go by, nothing. So I call back. Oh, we forgot to ship, we'll process the order ASAP. Three days later I finally get an Email stating they can't process my entire order because they only have 20 boxes in stock. It took 3 weeks to tell me they were out of stock, only after my repeated calls. I'll certainly take my business elsewhere. |
| Last time I purchased something from PSA they charged the card immediately and took 3+ weeks to deliver but that was sometime in mid 2013 if I recall and the shortages were still a problem. I honestly can't see why it takes these guys more than a week to deliver things to people now. The market is flooded with product now yet we still read stories about these kinds of shenanigans going on with these guys. I have tried to order cheap uppers for 2 weeks now and they always show in stock but won't go into the cart and I've been told there's some kind of bug with their snazzy new inventory system which doesn't seem too snazzy to me. I would say 2 weeks is sufficient to get an egghead to fix the problem or fire him and replace him with someone who can. Congratulations OP, you just gave PSA a $350 interest free loan for 6 weeks. Nice racket if you can get away with it. You paid 12+% interest on that credit card charge in that time for the privilege of loaning it to them. I would figure the compound interest on that and demand a refund of that amount. I have never had an issue with quality from these guys but service on the other hand is poor to quite. |
| PSA is a growing company, and speed bumps will be hit time to time. I was told buy one of the service reps that once the system is completely up and running that the order and shipping problems will be a thing of the past. Yes, I have had my problems too, but they have always worked it out to my satisfaction. The people are great, the products are great, the price is great. I'll stick with the company that stuck with me thru the price gouging wars. |

I've never personally had a problem with a PSA order either, but I've been hearing that same tired-assed "PSA is a growing company" excuse from day one to date. If I were a betting man I'd bet a great deal of PSA's shipping issues come from advertising merchandise for sale that they don't actually possess and the balance on simply not giving a damn that their staff is undersized and under trained. They claim their new systems will fix that? I doubt it. I'm done with them too, before my luck runs out. The bitching you can read on this Industry Forum is minor; go see what the Better Business Bureau has heard. These guys really, really, really need to clean up their act. |

Quoted:
The "C" rating is a much bigger deal than not being accredited by the BBB. Not being accredited only means PSA doesn't pay the BBB to be a member, that's all. I don't see how that reflects anything. while i know and agree that its c is bad, the pay for accrediation to me reflects the willingness for a business to do right and want to keep its rating up on there. |

So....you're saying NOT paying the BBB shows a company's lack of willingness to do the right thing and provide good customer service? Do you work for the BBB and receive commission or something? LOL!! I'd rather PSA use that money to continue working on improving their piss-poor CS and Internet woes. |

Ok, your right, growing company excuse is lame. How about a company that's going thru changes, sounds better, and I have seen a lot of improvement. Hopefully some day we can have our cake and eat it too, cheap guns, same day delivery. P.S. no affiliation with game cock operator. |

Sounds like you are in need of some range therapy. things should be better looking after sunday. Im technically homeless right now, living in the house i sold last week. I sign on the new house and move tomorrow and saturday. If all can be done by then the stress level will be SIGNIFICANTLY lower. Maybe then i can get some range time once i get things organized again. |
