I had a gift card balance I used, placed an order May 15, 2014. No google or forum search eludes to what Pending means for me, only content explain users with Processing.
What concerns should I have regarding stock availability on the item ordered if this is still pending the gift card balance? Should I call to talk to a rep, or should I wait and hope I am within the 15-days? I just don't want to be stuck in la-la land I want my new things as soon as the next guy, |

The online status of our website is very limited as to what it will list as. Normal postings that it will show are processing, on hold, or complete. The status pending appears when a gift card is used for the entire order, this is due to no credit card being used. Our payment system lists as pending as if it waiting on the funds to come off of a card. With there being a zero balance on the order from the discount of the gift card there are no funds to be charged. This a perfectly normal thing to see and your order is processing the same as all the rest. If you are still concerned you can PM your order number to us and we will look into your order to make sure everything is okay.
