I have placed several orders with PSA and have been quite satisfied with every purchase as well as the shipping times being as advertised.



Recently I placed an order and got my tracking # showing delivery for today.  UPS arrived as scheduled but only delivered a small portion of the order with the rest of the order crossed out on the invoice.



I decided to call Customer Service with the issue fully realizing that I was probably not going to get anywhere.



My call was answered quickly by an automated message stating that volume was extremely high and be prepared to wait.  I'm not very patient but decided to wait it out.  Within 5 minutes I had a live person talking to me.  I explained the problem and he quiclkly explained what had happened and gave me a tracking # for the remainder of the order with a scheduled delivery for Wednesday.  He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He didn't try to make excuses or play the blame game. I was very pleased and told him so.  I'm sure my experience isn't the same as everyone's but it was a good one.

List his/her name and give a shout out to them. There's not enough praise given,lots of abuse though. I know the hypocrisy in my statement also.

They are great. Just got off the phone with them myself. Very knowledgable people working their customer service lines.

Backlog of 2 weeks on shipping kind of sucks but I'm not going to bitch because I got a hell of a deal on 2 sets.
