I ordered some ammo at the end of April from PSA. They had a deal with a 500 rd brick of CCI .22LR and two boxes of Magtech .45.
My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but only had one box of .45. I sent an email to PSA about it, and got a response a couple days later which, to me, is fine, considering the number of orders they are handling. They apologized for the mix-up and got the 2nd box shipped immediately. They also asked for the information on the box as far as who packed it. That tells me they are making an effort to track down who/what went wrong, and I appreciate that. I've never had any issues with PSA to this point, through many orders. If you do business with a company long enough, something is going to get mixed up at some point. I feared the worst when I found my order was shorted, but they way they handled it after that was very positive. |

I spoke with Jamin breifly saturday (owner) and he says more to come that no one has yet to have any idea.. so im sure we'll see alot of great things coming soon!! |
