For all the complaints we sometimes place upon PSA for their slow shipping and the long wait times contacting customer service, usually they make things right.  I had a few minor cosmetic issues concerning an upper I recently purchased and customer service took care of the issue in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.  
THANKS PSA, you will be seeing more of my money shortly.

Please share how you managed to get ahold of customer service?    I sent them an email over a week ago, called multiple times only to listen to music for 20+ minutes, and have yet to have a response...

What number did you call?
