For all the b*tching some folks do about ship times we see on this forum I need to acknowledge the great customer service I just received. Ordered a complete upper deal they had a couple weeks ago. Received the ship notice from UPS the other day. The following day I noticed UPS updated their delivery date to this friday PSA promptly replied and said no problem and to let them know when I wanted it delivered and they would take care of it. Problem solved! A minor deal to some but carries a lot of weight with me and is greatly appreciated! Thanks PSA! |

I'll add my recent excellent dealings with PSA also.
I've been dealing with PSA for a couple of years now and although there have been times that I have had missing parts in my orders and slow shipping times they've always come through. I was as skeptical as anyone but attributed this to growing pains. One of the upgrades they seem to be utilizing in their shipping dept. is the streamlining of many of their component assemblies to lesson the chance for errors. ie: the STR Lower build kit is now packaged into one identifying box as compared to parts being picked individually and thrown into the UPS box. Their LPK's are now packaged with separate bags for springs, pins, and FCG. This makes it easier for packers to grab "sub-assemblies" off the rack with less chance of an error in order fulfillment. This system seems to be working.... at least for me. Also any correspondence I have attempted has been answered quickly though the IM system here on ARFCOM. So Kudo's to PSA. Keep up the great job! |
| Of the 7 times I have bought from them, last week was the first time they made a mistake. Ordered some ammo and received 1 box less. Called them right up, told them they left out a box. They took my order number and said they would ship it out. Received it within two days. They were nice about it, I was nice bout and everyone is happy. |
