I'd like to start out by saying this is my first issue with PSA, I've always had good experiences with them and will buy from again.

However, I ordered a Vortex SPARC during the Labor Day sale, as well as a 5.56 rifle kit. Rifle kit came in fine, but instead of my SPARC, there was a Vortex Strikefire, manual and parts kit instead.  Not a huge deal, I figured.  Then I tried contacting their customer support via email (Sept 23rd).  No response.  I next tried private messaging them on here (Sept 30th).  No response.

Could somebody from Palmetto State PLEASE contact me about order #100426545?  At this point, I'm even willing to accept the Strikefire as long as you'd refund me the difference in their prices ($50, during the sale).
