Aside from internet order errors (some orders have mistakenly been shipped to the Fernandina store for customer pick up), the only store that does that in Columbia is the Farrow road store and the only reason for that is because that store is attached to the warehouse. Merchandise still has to be shipped to the other stores and therefore a shipping expense is still incurred. Plus, none of the other stores have a warehouse attached to them for the storage necessary to hold customer's Internet orders. |
