I just received my shipping notification(s) for a lower that I ordered on Easter.
Only issue is I received two emails. While that first excited me since I thought both mine and my girlfriends shipped, I looked and saw while they have different tracking numbers, they have the same reference number (order number). Looking closer, one address is correct and one address has HWY 20 instead of HWY 29. The order number is 100270079 and the order for my second upper is 100279465 ;) If there's anything I need please let me know, I tried to call but you were closed when I got the notifications. |
| Call them tomorrow at 9:00am, have your order number ready, and talk to a rep. They will straiten it out for you. If you can't get thru, then send them an e-mail to their customer service dept. referencing the order number. Actually, do that now, then call tomorrow to follow up... |
