I just canceled an order and there was no mention of a cancellation fee.  Doesn't mention one on their website either.

Pretty sure there is a 10% cancellation fee. It's noted on the screen when you're checking out.

usually there is a restock fee for canceled orders from teh customer.  But if PSA is out of stock, and its their fault, I dont think they will charge that fee.  PSA will need to speak up here to have a definitive answer.

curiousity, what was it you ordered?

During the checkout there is a box you have to check agreeing to their terms.  If you actually scroll down and read what is in the box you are agreeing to a 10% cancellation fee if you cancel your order to pay for the charges of using a credit card and the fee they say they have to pay on a charge back..  I'd call your credit card and dispute this if the item showed in stock at the time you ordered and then you don't receive the item in a reasonable time (whatever they state on their website about shipping delays comes and goes).  Reputable dealers do not charge your card until they have the item ready to ship.  Charging a card and then not shipping for months is not good business.

When I placed my order I searched for a way to pay for insurance and could not locate it at all.  If they are going to put that disclaimer on the order process then there should be a way to actually insure the shipment.  I think my credit card company would protect me if I didn't receive my purchased items.

I got hit by credit card fraud twice, once for many thousands of dollars and never lost a dime.

I think they'll not charge you a cancellation fee if they didnt have the parts to ship you. I think the only time they do charge the fee is when you cancel the order yoruself.
