| Last week I placed an order for an item that displayed "ADD TO CART". Today I go back and the staus of my order shows "processing". I check the item I ordered and its status is "TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK". Now I'm wondering if I'm on backorder or if my item is sitting on a shelf somewhere waiting to be picked and shipped. If I'm on backorder can I cancel the order without being charged the restocking fee? |

I read somewhere they are working to stream line the online sales and shipping. As a company grows so does revenue to invest. Im happy to see PSA investing some of the profits into correcting issues that come with a growing company.
I have no real complaints with PSA and it is good to see what started as just an ammo depot to a full fledged store. |

I bet the best is yet to come.. as long as the libs dont legislate it all out of legality. |

Placed on order on the 28th of Dec. for an in stock item. Billed my card that day and still hasn't been shipped. I understand the current situation
but normal practice is not to collect money until you actually ship something. I have 2 outstanding orders know and am getting a little upset. If you don't have an item in stock don't charge peoples credit cards.

I know it sucks, but everything I have ordered has come in so far from them. I agree with don't charge till you ship, because I am dealing with 2 companies that charged my card and now I have to use my Credit Card company to get the refunds. Palmetto even list it in their FAQ section that they bill on purchase. I honestly think, it is just a matter of order's they are getting, also this week being shot week, etc...

yea i dont knwo why they charge when purchased, but i think it great in my book, cause then i can count that money already gone. lol.
we are living in the perfect storm right now for gun stuff... unfortunately i dont think psa's inventory right now is fully real time.. i think its best estimate.. but i know they are working on it hard. |
