This is in regards to Order 100154703. Received my order today but the order was missing some parts. I had ordered 2 complete 6 position mil spec buffer tube assembly's and both are missing the buffer. Please contact me ASAP your phone line stays busy 24/7 even before the rush it was like pulling teeth to get anyone on the phone even though you web site says to call if anything is wrong with the order. I have called many times. Thanks. |

| You'll probably get an email from them like I got this morning, I've been after them since 12-20 to find out where my 10 pack of mags from black Friday was. I was told they forgot to put them in the box and they're out so here's a refund that will take 5-7 days. No " how can we make this right or would you like to wait till we get them back in stock" I wouldn't care if it took 3 more months because you can't find mags anywhere to buy right now,and I had a good deal on them. |

i dont think it would be smart for them to say they are now out of stock when they just sent an email out to everyone saying the moe lower kit is avalible. Also i find it strange that they have there voice message on today saying there normal buisness hours are m-f when they are open on saturdays innthere store. i have still not heard anything from them and they have been contacted in every way that someone can short of driving to there shop. |

I shouldn't. although i'd bet Cproducts and every other Mag Manufacturer out there is struggling to meet orders. oh wait that'd be an assumption as well. i'm sure they have full production filled, and idled machines. wonder why PSA and everyone else arent listing them for sale.. those greedy bastards. i bet they're holding on to them to make the prices go up for no reason. |
