Has anyone received their "Day One Premium Lower Build Kit" yet? I ordered mine when they were showing in stock on the 6th. Still showing as "processing". I sent an email several days ago and got the auto response that someone would answer within a couple of days. That never happened, and now I read that they are apparently hanging up on people that call.
Just curious if anyone has actually received this kit, and if they did, how long it took? Thankfully I'm not in a big hurry and don't have an immediate need for this kit, but it's been 11 days for a simple in stock item and it still hasn't shipped. Will be my last order with PSA. I know everyone in this industry is busy, but I've recently ordered from other places and things have moved MUCH faster. |
| I ordered mine on the 6th and just got the email from UPS that it is on the way and is currently in the middle of its voyage. I am happy with the shipping time due to the currents events and all, and getting free shipping on top of that. Where else can you get a complete LPK for $80. |

I'd say expect a shipping notice anytime. I ordered one on 12/3 and it arrived 12/18.
I have to say, I've been pretty happy with their shipping through this. I placed two orders during the holiday rush and both will be here before Christmas. They shipped my LBK 9 days after I placed the order and my upper 17 days after I placed the order. I'd like to have received both quicker, but they were pretty up front about the delays on their site. They were also pretty responsive via IM and in the "where's my order" thread up top. It's pretty obvious that they've been insanely busy. Bear with 'em. |
