Email and call. This forum is not their official customer service line. If you do want to do something on here, PM their account, but only after you have gone through their official channels.

The problem is, you get a faster response on here than you do by going through their "official channels" if you even get a response at all. PSA needs to separate themselves from AR15.com and put their efforts to answering their damn emails and the phone.

The answers you get from a forum rep dont always match what you get from a CS rep.

The CS rep responded within a reasonable time frame given the volume present, in my opinion.
