The number of comments made towards a certain brand of anything, is generally those who have problems or complaints. Those who are happy with a purchase generally never make comments, they just use the product and enjoy it.
Like a certain brand of pistol I like, lots of complaints and criticisms, especially from people who have never owned or shot one. But ask, who likes them, and you will get a ton of positive replies. Ask in the forums, and you will get a lot of PSA is GTG... but come here, and you see a lot of problems, which is my point.
One the average, I would guess that the complaints, and the occasional positive comments come from about 3-5 percent of all purchases.
It's not just a good product at a good price that makes my mouse click on the PSA website, it's great customer service if I have a problem. I love to save money, and have a rifle I'm proud to show off, and I can with PSA.

Well said.

I would love to come to this industry forum for one week and not see a single 'PSA did this and sucks' thread.

PSA, job well done. You have fixed any problem I have ever had in a timely manner. CS is top notch and the prices can't be beat. You have many, many satisfied customers and true arfcommers that buy from you and don't join the website to come here and complain.

Keep up the good work.

Thank you PSA. It is great having you guys in the Midlands. I had to order all my parts or wait for a gun show. Its nice having a gun show when ever I get a pay check and not when someone decides to have one.

Can I throw out there I'd love a billet AR lower with ambi bolt release? And maybe an upper without a forward assist. And more barrels. And, and, and...........

Thank you again

PSA CS went above and beyond what I had expected to make things right when there was an delivery delay issue of an upper that I ordered due to one of the parts being out of stock.

I am more than satisfied with the outcome and how they handled it.

PSA gets more and more of my business.  What else can I say?

Oh yeah . . . Open a store near St. Louis!

I have 4 PSA carbines and zero problems.  My personal experience has been totally different than the whiners I see on this forum.

+1.

My very first AR was built from a PSA kit and stripped lower.  The upper for my second is already on order from them (and yes, Alexville you douche, I'm patiently waiting on it, not complaining).  I've bought a bunch of parts/accessories from them as well and have zero complaints about parts, price, or service.  The only parts I can recall not ordering from PSA was parts they don't carry.

I've never had any problems with them and I love my PSA rifle.

I wish shipping was faster but I can't imagine how many orders they have right now with free shipping and all those sales going on. I knew that going in and placed my orders anyway

I don't get what all the pissing and moaning is about

Now how bout them .308 uppers and lowers

Like I have seen other places on this forum.

You get two of the following three things.

Low Cost
Fast
Quality

Most of the time PSA breaks the mold and is all three, but when they are only low cost and quality I still can't complain.

A PSA store near me would get me in so much trouble. The free shipping impairs my impulse control enough as is.
