| I placed an order last week that included an out of stock item {stripper clip guides}. They called to let me know, and swapped it out for a box of American Eagle xm855. It was a nice touch, so I though I'd post it here. |

another repeat happy customer here.
ordered a complete upper on 3/2, got it 3/20. ordered a bunch of stuff on 3/17 including 1575 rds of 22lr ammo for work. on 3/19, i get a call that ammo out of stock, would i like to upgrade to so and so? no thanks, can't use lead. how about so and so? sure, ok, we'll make sure you still get 1575 rds even though it costs more. so i got 1600 rds since the replacement ammo came in 100 rd boxes. i just got an email from them with the UPS tracking # for that order. funny thing is UPS delivered it 5 hours ago!
