I am starting a topic that I hope will continue as I am sure there are many other satisfied customers of PSA who have received exceptional customer service.
In this day and age of so many rip off companies only concerned with their bottom line, PSA is not one of them! Yes PSA is in business to make money but at what expense? Certainly not by disappointing customers! I recently (2-24-12) received an e-mail describing a sale on a particular item that I have been wanting for some time. When I clicked on the link to buy the product, the price was different than the price/item quoted in the e-mail. I called PSA and they informed me that there was an error in their original e-mail price/item. PSA thanked me for pointing out the error and offered to sell me the item at the quoted price. Did PSA have to do this? NO THEY DID NOT! I am sure PSA didn't make anything on this transaction and I would venture to guess that they took a loss. WHY in this day and age would they do this? Honesty, Integrity, Fairness and Good Old Fashioned Quality Customer Service! PSA, your actions have gained you a customer for life and endless referrals! Thank You "M" (name omitted) Thank You PSA! |
