On Monday January 23rd around 2000 I placed 2 separate orders from Palmetto. The first was a Complete Mid-Length Upper including MOE BUIS & MOE LBK. It was followed by an order for 1K rounds of .223.
On Friday January 27th the ammo arrived! Today, the 1st of February the Upper and LBK arrived (or at least my wife said it's there at the shop  ) That is 7 business days.
Granted the website still shows the order pending and I've never received any shipping information in regards to the order (hard to be upset about that when your stuff is here) Of course, I'm only about 1 hour up the road. There's a great deal of bad press in regards to PSA and their shipping/CS issues, these transactions have been just the opposite-and I appreciate them bringing the consumer affordable goods! I'd be remiss if I failed to mention, I never tried to find out where my order was. I reckon I'll be building another PSA AR this evening after supper-this time for my Father In Law (his money, his gun )

Good to know ...... as I placed my order on the 24th (next day) for a complete upper ...... have not recieved anything ........ website says 'order pending' ....... CC has been charged per the statement that came in the mail yesterday ..... and I too am only 1hr away from them.

I placed mine on the 26th and it says its still processing on their website. I emailed them and have not yet gotten a reply as to why it has taken so long... never got any emails back or shipping info.
I have been anxiously awaiting my MIAD LPK and buffer tube assembly. I find this to be annoying from a company with such good reputation. I would just appreciate a quick email back from then at least...
