This is my First to this forum and figured this would be a good place to begin.
On the 24th of Nov. I purchased my first Ar through PSA. It was the hammer forged M4A1 MOE carbine rifle kit for 589.99. I received it on the 4th of Dec. from Ups and couldn't have been happier with them. My only complaint is my receipt had a slight tear on the corner of the paper...j/k...I had to complain about something I mean everybody's doing it. But anyways... they pulled funds when I purchased, sent me my shipping info like I asked, and arrived earlier than their website said. I was so pleased with my first order that I ordered a stripped lower on the 4th of Jan. and a MOE LPK on the 5th. Today is the 11th and I received my shipping info today with the expected delivery date of the 16th. I haven't heard anything on my lower but it said in bold print when I purchased that lowers would not ship out til the 15th. So I will be updating this when I receive it. I understand that when most people pay for something they are in a hurry to get it. As for me if I was waiting longer than I expected I would send an IM or email other than coming to a public forum with my Complaints...BUT AS I WAS ALWAYS TOLD THE SQUEEKY WHEEL GETS THE GREASE. PSA has several phone #'s, a storefront number, a number on their website under contact info, and a online sales line...I found these through GOOGLE and they have been very helpful. Ya'll can IM me and I will get any one of these to those who need them. I was watching Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory the other night with my 3 yr old and some of the post I have read through several different forums keep reminding me of that girl with her dad that goes inside Willy Wonka's factory and always says,"BUT DADDY I WANT IT NOW!" For those not sure about Palmetto dont believe everything you read...there are actually alot of happy customers out there. |
