Anybody know what's up with PSA? I CANNOT get ahold of them either by email or by phone. Over the past 2 weeks I 've sent several emails and tried calling them many times. NO reply to any emails and no one will answer the phone. Ironically the phone message recommends sending them an email! I was considering buying parts from them to build an AR, but now I'm not sure about their service!!

They just got swampped because of their sale they had. Said they were getting 100 e-mails an hour or something like that.
They are usually pretty good about service, at least from my dealings with them. Ask some questions here. Maybe some of us can help you or maybe PSA will chime in. |

This, It took about a day or two, for them to reply to my email, and that was the week after the sale, I would post your question here or send them a PM |
| Probably Different departments... Online marketing and service centers are not the same... They will get to you. Took them that long to get to me. But hey they are busy as crap right now... Great parts for an affordable price. Stuff is flying of the proverbial shelf!! |
