| i'm a little disappointed with their customer service right now. i understand that they are trying to get other orders shipped, but if they can't respond to an email and i get no answer when i call them, that's a problem. i'll give them 1 more day then i'm buying from somewhere else. |
| Did you see the other thread about 2000 lowers sold in 5 days. I noticed some people are frustrated about emails and phone calls not being answered. We begged them to do the 50 dollar lower sale online which was unheard of. It had never been done before so who could have known that 2000 lowers would be sold in 5 days. Now is the time to thank PSA for giving us the sale we begged for and be patient for a couple of days and let them get caught up. I am sure they are working very hard to match up all the ffl's and orders. |
| Just give them a little slack. They have been super busy and have said that they got overloaded. They will get whatever issue you have resolved, it may take a couple days but be confident that they are going to take care of you. Im sure they are still extremely busy in their shop so that probably doesnt leave too much time to get on a computer to look at emails. I had an issue with my last purchase that was recent, I emailed them, it took a couple days but now they are taking care of me, no biggie. You also may want to contact them on here through im as well as through the link on their website. |

Quoted: well i guess the real issue is i wanted the ammo for the weekend and i'm only an hour or so away from them, i wanted to ask if i could just come and pick the order up instead, but since i can't get a response i have no way to know if it's been shipped or not. You will receive an email with a tracking number when/if it has shipped. They just got slammed with 2000 orders in 5 days.... |

Quick question: Is it fair to assume that if I received a shipping notice and tracking number, that you did get my FFL and the package is on its way? I don't need you to check on my order, just curious what your procedure is. If you only prepare the shipping label after you secure the FFL, then that would be all I'd need to know. Stupid USPS "tracking" is a farce, not your fault at all of course, I have always hated USPS for that exact reason. |

As others have said, busy busy. Your order number is a couple of thousand higher than my first one, which was placed on Monday. The 2K is just lowers sold, imagine all the other orders they took. I am prepping for another order, but I'm going to wait until the current madness dies down a bit. You should know that you will be my first stop for any and all AR parts and supplies from here on out, I will only go elsewhere if I need something you don't carry. Customer for life! |

Bitched about same problem as OP, got an email from them showing it shipped already. I retracted my words and plan on using them still for all my AR parts I can't find locally at a reasonable price. |

Quoted: My order was 00069286 and did not include lowers. I'm not bitching yet, nor will I contact them as I understand they are busy and don't want to make them second guess these types of sales. I'm sure they are swamped. Despite the swamped atmosphere they look like they ship at around 72 hours after the order and ship UPS which goes at the speed of silly putty. So they've shipped, it's just UPS dragging their dick on the order. |

I'm thinking PSA underestimated how FUCKING AWESOME they are. Update some software and add redundant customer service protocols and they literally will dominate the market. This..a proper E-commerce re-tooling of the site would be amazing. Let customers log in and check the status of their orders (ie Web Self Service). It appears as if you got a package deal with your active inventory system to get a website with their product, and it just doesn't quite cut it. Keep growing and we will be patient in the meantime! |
