I got my PSA lowers yesterday and I was putting the parts together from my LPK which I also received earlier from PSA. The selector will not "seat" in the fire position. I pulled the grip back off, removed the selector and I can see a "teat" in the recess of the fire position detent. It looks like the tooling broke and left a high spot where there should be a recess.
This is the best pic I can get with my camera, there is a slight "nipple" like rise in the fire position:
Anyone else have this problem? I'll give PSA a call tomorrow.
Thanks,
S-1
ETA: I tried to use a #1 High Speed Steel center drill in my Bridgeport but I'm guessing these things are hardened. No love on re-machining it, I might have had some luck if I had a carbide center drill. I put it back together since it seems to lock into safe solidly but not so much in the fire position. I wouldn't trust it for self defense, but to fire a few rounds at my personal range it should be fine.

I received the replacement today and I am returning the defective one. Thanks for the speedy replacement Sam!
I am going to be placing an order for a Gadsden lower or two, today!
Thanks again!
Here is a pic with the PSA lower, PSA MOE LBK and a Spikes complete 16" Mid-length 5.56 upper. The black hand guards are going on the Gadsden lower build and I have FDE coming.
