Has anyone ever shipped a gun to colt for repairs? And if so, how long did you have to wait? |

This all depends on what you want them to do. I shipped an SSA for a tune up a month ago once they got it it was only about a two week turn around for me. When they recieve your gun they mail you a confermation of when work will begin and how long it should take |

I shipped a upper for replacement and it took 2 weeks as well. This is the average wait time. They also do send out a confirmation when they receive the gun or part and when it should be complete (with a tracking number so that you can call and check on it.). Chris Williams |
