I'm sure it is a green label w/ slab side. Does it have the Mil-Spec fire control pins/parts or the larger fire control pins/parts. When did Colt go to the Larger pins?

You're correct, Green label slab side.
Yes, it would have mil spec hammer/trigger pins and the large two screw head front pivot.
I don’t know the exact date Colt went to large hammer/trigger pins. Approximately late 90 early 91. Into the Blue label series.
