Why would you want a new one if someone already went to the trouble to take it out? It's just a waste of space, and it interferes with aftermarket triggers.

Good luck. My only guess would be Colt direct. They might have an old stock pile somewhere...

ETA: Are you asking about the auto sear block, or the large pin trigger and hammer FCG parts?

Some people (such as myself) like to have their rifles in the original configuration, and don't care about aftermarket "upgrades".

The straight blind pins should not fall out. The cone/rivet head pins found on some sear blocks will. If that is the variation you have and still have the pins I would think about just epoxying them in place. I do hate those sear blocks.

Does your Colt have a  'grey' or 'black' finish? Marine Tex is a two part structural epoxy that is a near color match for the Colt grey before they changed to black. If you are handy enough to to make a shim to temporyly cover the hole and fill it with the epoxy from inside, your problem should be solved. Good luck.
