My new 6601 Match HBAR came with a Muzzle Brake. I want to send it to ADCO (on advice from this forum) to remove the brake and install a more correct and permanant flash hider. my question is in looking at what ADCO has availavble and/or on backorder, what do I select? Vltor VC-A1 Flash Hider

I'm considering a Colt 6601/C and would want an A2 flash-hider on it. Is there any advantage to getting the uncompensated 6601 over the 6601C as far as the cost or ease of having an A2 flash-hider put on?
What I really want is a 1/7 A4 upper, but the 6700/C is 1/9. I don't mind the HBAR. GL |
