Does Colt currently make a Semi-Auto bolt carrier group? I want to buy one, but all I can seem to find is Full-Auto ones.

The full auto assembly will work just as well if not better than the semi. (More material on it makes it stronger.) Just my 2cents.

I don't want to get into the "Is it legal to have a M-16 carrier in a AR-15?" discussion, or "which is better to use?" I am just looking for the facts, do they make a Semi-Auto bolt group?

They certainly DID if they no longer do. Do you want a used one? There are plenty out there that have extremely low round counts.

They put full auto BCGs in everything now. No more Semis.
