Do all new optics come shrink wrapped ?

No.
The Diamondback HP line, and Crossfire 2 of rifle scopes comes shrink wrapped.
Both Sparc's, and Strikefire come shrink wrapped.
The Diamondback, and Viper spotter's come shrinkwrapped.
I might be missing a line or so.
