Bought the VMX-3T Magnifier a while back and one of the mounting screws came loose and fell off during a range day. Called up the customer service line, and they sent me two no charge very quickly! It's customer support like this that makes me want to be a returning customer so I just wanted to sing their praise a little bit! Well done Vortex! Keep up the great work!
