Just received my Crossfire II I ordered on Amazon. Love everything about it, except it looks like a liquid has run all over the inside (almost a spider web effect) of the front glass when the illumination is turned on. How long is the turnaround time to get a replacement?





Would I be better off sending it back to Amazon and getting them to replace it? I just don't want to get another and have the same issue.

Cant speak for the turn around time, but I ordered mine through Amazon and did not have any issues with it. I think you just got that 1 bad sight.

Give us a call today at 800-426-0048 ext 6 and we'll get that taken care of for you. I think generally lead times on repairs are about 2 weeks, but give us a call and we'll get you a definite answer and get you all taken care of.
