I recently sent vortex an email asking about a timeline for a scope I have on backorder. They responded quickly and apologized for the delay. I have to say that their service is amazing. I can buy glass from anyone but the way they have treated me, I will be buying glass from vortex for a long time. Just thought I would give them props here.
