I called Vortex CS late last week telling them I had a problem with one of the products they sell and Brian from CS answered the call. I told him what was wrong, and how it was completely my fault and he said send the item in and we will look at it. I sent it in and didn't hear anything so I called yesterday asking for him and he told me that they sent out a brand new item out to me and I got it today in the mail. A week turn around time and they warrantied something that was not their fault yet alone not something they even make! This is why I keep coming back to you guys because you simply have the best CS and will back up everything you sell. I am very grateful for that. And give Brian a raise or a gold star or something for having him go above and beyond.
