I have a vortex scope that I ordered from Optics planet. When the scope came it was missing the 0 shims I called vortex two days later I had the shims in my had WITH ZERO cost to me. Later I get the gun sighted in but find that I did not have enough shim to provide a 0 lock/stop for the gun.
