With the emitter being at 6 o'clock, would that cause a problem with running fixed sights?(lower 1/3 CW)

I'm using flip up sights but that's how I do it.

Works fine great.

With a lower 1/3 co-witness on an AR you will be fine. The only time you need to worry about it is on an AK.

I am running a LMT fixed rear BUIS on my RRA with a SPARC and I use 1/3rd co-witness with it and it works just fine.  You can see the emitter at the bottom of the sight picture but it isn't in the way either.  I wondered about this myself when I first got my SPARC and decided to try it out with the LMT I had just sitting in the safe.  I liked it enough to leave it on my rifle.  I have toyed with the idea of removing one of the spacers on the optic and try it out with an absolute co-witness.    I normally use iron sights for most of my shooting but I have to say I like this SPARC.
