| I'm having some issues with the SPARC on/off button. Pressing it doesn't always turn on or off the SPARC, it basically works when it wants too. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there something wrong with the SPARC? BTW This hasn't even been mounted yet on my gun, still brand new. |

To turn it on you should just have to hit the power button and to turn it off you have to hold the power button down for 4-5 seconds. Also you might be hitting the NV button on accident which will complicate things if you dont realize that you hit it. If it is not coming on when you hit the power button there is a good chance that you hit the NV button. Give me a call if you are still having issues with it after you try this and we can try to figure it out over the phone with it in your hand.
