I'd just CANCEL that order and purchase it from someone that currently has one in stock. Don't bother waiting. I placed an order and had it in 4 days.
Go to www.froogle.com, type in Vortex StrikeFire, sort by 'base price' and start clickin. You'll quickly find someone that has them in stock. If they only have one that includes the low mount ... get it anyway and order a mount separately. There's plenty of mounts to be had for ANY price range. I went with a LaRue Cantilever mount which is not cheap, but is the best: 
I have also used EXTREMELY inexpensive mounts that have worked excellent. scopeandlaser.com. Search "AP Cantilever Mount". It's $8.00 with $8.00 shipping. You'll have it in 1-2 weeks.
