I don’t have instagram so I was trusting comments made in this thread a month ago that said orders would be fulfilled before thanksgiving. I was really hoping I would get this before Christmas and I’m still just showing as “paid.” I’ve waited for Larue stuff before but this seems crazy that they update that they will fullfill but their actions don’t match what they are saying. |

Well I decided I don’t want the Impervivs anymore and canceled my order. Apparently they had to remake the last batch due to being provided an inferior steel from their vender and don’t have an updated shipping schedule for their orders. I was issued a refund check. I now have a JC Custom Kydex sheath I don’t need as well. Edit: JC Custom sheath has been sold |

I have always been a big fan of Larue and have bought an Aimpoint Comp M4S with mount and a 3X magnifier and flip to side mount and all of it was solid AF. When they came out with the first Battle Knife I was late to the party and when the Impervivs was announced I was on high alert. I didn’t need it, I just wanted it. Honestly I’d only carry it while hunting or out on property but I don’t get out that much anymore. I ordered on the first day it was available and it’s just not something I’m interested in 7 months later. I know it’s an amazing knife and everybody who receives one is going to love it. |

Dang, that JC Customs sheath is crazy tight. I had to tie some para cord into the bottom of the sheath and around a shelf post in the garage to get the knife out. What did those that got one do for a fix, just use it or was heat required? ETA: Got it sorted. Just had to insert/remove the knife 10 or so times to loosen up. |
