Working on my ultimate upper in 6.5 and, I'm hanging my head in shame on this. How in the world do I get the butt stock open to get the cleaning rods out? I've watched videos, googled, etc and I'm pushing the button and pulling, prying, hitting it with my purse....nothing.
Any tips? Or am I being trolled and these stocks don't have the removable butt plate? |

Don't push from the bottom up, push from the top down. Holding the majority of the stock in your primary hand, thumb pushing downward on the buttpad, whilst depressing the button with a 5.56 cartridge's projo with your weak hand. |
