As to your first question, my newly purchased 12" Stealth 5.56 barrel is conventionally rifled, rather than polygonal. No need to blow smoke there.
As for the manufacturing process, I guess they aren't telling. ETA: I will say this though. I imagine if they aren't button pressed or some other proprietary magical speedy process, then Mark may have resorted to prison labor to keep costs down. |

I stopped posting details after watching how unsavory competitors twist anything said to their advantage.
Take barrels for instance, if I said we held our bores to 50 millionths, an unsavory competitor's brother-in-law would copy and say he knows for a fact that XYZ barrel company holds their tolerances to 25 millionths ... "one-half of LaRue's sloppy published tolerancing" ![]() |
