I have an Aimpoint 3x in an LT755S behind an EOTech XPS2-0. I'm thinking about migrating to an Aimpoint Micro, but I have a question about the images below. I understand my 3x would be slightly low, but would this result in me seeing a portion of the body of Micro when looking through the 3x?

No.

Even if you did, the Aimpoint 3x Magnifier has those Allen headed alignment screws (one on the left for windage as in the picture, and one on top for elevation) to allow you to adjust the magnifier's internal optics so that you can "center" the dot / reticle of whatever red dot scope you are using.

Turn on your EOTech, and look through the 3X while you turn those screws, you'll see what I mean.

I've got an EOTech on LT110 on one rifle, and a H-1 Micro on an LT660 on another, I switch an LT755(S) behind them all the time, no issues.
