Long ago, in a 2nd Amendment loving state far far away, I ordered an LT rifle. Part of that rifle order included a SJC Titan muzzle device, in 7.62 flavor. When the order shipped the packing slip headed towards the FFL showed the Titan on back order, while the packing slip heading to my house showed everything else including the brake. At first I thought nothing of it, but the more I looked at the packing slips the more I thought something seemed amiss. I decided a call to the shop was in order. A nice young lady answered the phone and quickly directed me to her highness Juli. Juli proceeded to look into my issue and verified that something was indeed amiss. I spent a couple of minutes on hold and was given the opportunity to speak with Dan. Seems like only two weeks since I spoke with Dan...Oh wait. It was only two weeks since I had that wonderful conversation and receiving the news that my 18"tOBR was ready to ship Thanks guys. I appreciate your service. ETA:the term her highness is meant in an attitude of endearment, not a slight in any manner as Juli has always been pleasant and professional when I have been on the phone with her. It also indicates that I know, wether ML will acknowledge or not, that she probably tells him what to do more than vice versa
ETA: ETA: oh yeah, and tracking # |

There are some who have posted here that would have blasted out a flame thread before even calling the shop. I just wanted to demonstrate what happens when you handle your business properly. Give a stand up company the opportunity to do the right thing, and almost always the right thing will happen. |

Kudos to you and LT's customer service. |
