Damn..... why no 1 MOA.

Price drop would be nice, but I'll pay the price for a 1 MOA Aimpoint

Sure is a tough way to get flip up lens covers...

Hell - now I'll have to budget for the damn thing.

Holy cow... I would have figured they would have kept it at the same price point considering it's not much of a change.

I'll stick with the Comp M4

They're a little bit late to the party.

The improved lens coating sounds like the best aspect.

I pre - ordered 1. Still had the gift card that came with my tobr. Hopefully it's worth the extra coin. We shall see.

Does this mean they are going to drop the price on the T1s?

Doubtful--they can now advertise the t1 as the cheaper alternative.

Holy Smokes that is high!  Aimpoints are getting pricy

I halfway wanted one because I like the windage and elevation being exposed where you can adjust on the fly but still protected by the ramped up material.  For that price I'll stick with EOTechs though.

ETA: And yes I'm aware this includes a Larue mount, I'm commenting more on the base price of the T2

In 10 years that aimpoint will still be working as it should.  I very much doubt an Eotech will, at least in my experience they haven't.

That is a good point.  I have a ML2 and a R-1 that I like a lot, just wish the reticle was "faster" to pick up.

I'm 50/50 on the EOTechs.  I had a old AA model that took a asswhipping over the years and this year lost its purge, EOTech is charging it for free so no biggie there.  I have 2 newer XPS3-0 that I really like.  For some reason I've always been an EOTech guy.

I'm pretty sure that's the combo price. Meaning it includes the LT mount in your choice of height. It says it's a combo deal.

You would be lucky if the eotech was still working 100% in 3 years

Yep

Plus the battery hassle.
