Can we request a different Geissele trigger if we don't want the 2 stage?

No swap it out and sell it for the trigger you want.

+1, should have no problem selling it.

I asked for a DMR trigger in my soon to be finished tOBR and so it will be.

Hmmm. I guess I can always ask then. I want the SD-3G on my tOBR. Is yours shipping "in a few weeks" too?

Yep they will put it in there for you but they charge you for the trigger in addition to the full price of the rifle.  At least that's what I was told when I asked.

Like the difference in cost between the standard Geissele and the new trigger or the entire amount?

I would call the shop to verify but every time I've asked to change a part on a rifle order, (stock, trigger, grip) they will do it but it would cost the same as buying the rifle and that part, not the difference in the two prices.

As I have already paid for my tOBR in full (my choice to do so), I can say in my case the "upgrade" to the DMR trigger was no additional cost.

How the $ really worked out in the order for the rifle, I don't really care much.

And yes, I'll have my tOBR just days after it ships.  Probably any day now :>)

Meanwhile, I will keep plugging away with my SR-25.  Like having a blond at hand and a redhead on the way!

Life is good.

Entire rifle with trigger + cost of NEW (DMR) trigger.

They added it to my order with a $50 charge.
