I know rifle orders are backed up because of the demand and such, but how far in advance would you fine folks recommend ordering such things as bi-pods, scope mounts/iron sights, and cases?
Is that stuff as backordered as the rifles? |

I'd order now... Even though I'm looking, at a minimum of a year wait? Then why ask?  lol nevermind sorry, I bit the bullet and ordered the rest of my stuff.. thanks guys, appreciate the advice. I'd hazard a guess and say those items if on backorder would be measured in weeks and not months like the complete rifles. |

Is that stuff as backordered as the rifles? I ordered some LaRue Grip Adapter panels and an OBR Sling Adapter yesterday and the package is out for delivery today. Some things are backordered and some not. I have been slowly ordering all of the accessories that I want for my future OBR so I won't have to wait for them when the rifle actually shows up. |

Yeah, I was originally thinking of doing this... but I ordered everything including my scope today. got a case, LT111 scope mount, harris bipod and iron sights... only thing I cant seem to find is a jimmy plug in 7.62 |
Items they build they have some control over.
Items they sell that others build not so much. 
Some items like Rifles are a mix of things they build and parts they use that are of questionable availability. Ex: there are only so many triggers to be had and everyone wants one right now. Even before this current mess the delay time on a rifle was about 9 months , I believe now its entirely unknown and unpredictable especially anything that exceeds the stockpile of parts in house. While this uncertainty may be frustrating it is in no way the fault of La Rue so please be patient and good luck getting the items you need. |
Got my scope/mount today!!!!  Now I have a black LaRue hat to go with my green one, a Dillo that I get to keep this time (My Boss and my Sister got the other two), and I got the BIG bottle of dillo dust. This one is 7 oz instead of 4 oz like my other two..... Guess I need to do a lot more barbecueing this summer!!!!!
