Not particularly the most proper place to post this but know a lot of the guys in the thread will appreciate it.
Presidential Flip Off It amazes me that he can spend 1.5 million dollars in a matter of a few days but says he's saving money. |

While I agree with the sentiment, is that even a legit photo? I'm surprised the SS would not shut down traffic on a two lane like that when his highness is en route. That's what I'm thinking. It was either someone else's motorcade or a fake photo. I've been on a major highway that was completely shut down in both directions to let the motorcade through. |

Ive been on a secondary road that was completely shut down in both directions as well. So it cant be a real photo. |

When bush was in office his motorcade would drive through Bellmead, TX, roads were open on his way to Crawford. Just saying. Not saying it's standard practice just my observation from the mere 2 convoys I witnessed during my time in Bellmead. When BO came to Charlotte they shut down all four lanes of the highway. Traffic was backed up for miles and miles and took hours to sort itself out after he was gone. |

I'm just surprised they allowed passing motorists.
When Biden came through my city they sent out cops ahead of his motorcade to block traffic. They didn't even let bikes through. Not sure I'd have flipped him off though. At the time I had no idea who it was anyway. And ... frankly I wouldn't put it past them to arrest / detain someone for doing that, claiming it was a terrorist attack or something like that. |

Around here they've shut down the highway he's going to be on, neighboring roads, and probable escape paths. When he came to the People's Republic;ic of Charlottesville during the campaign they shut down US 29 (major artery) for an hour (hour coming, and hour going), blocked off all the side streets, and had local or State LEO at every major intersection on the route AND all over the interstate (which he wasn't even going to be traveling on). |
