The issue is surefire has stated ALL of their future cans will use this lockup system. The PreditOBR 14.5 with pined comp/FH is permanent and represents a lifelong investment. It can still be removed. It will destroy the brake, but it's not "permanent" permanent. |

| Wondering if there's been any kind of update on this front? I see Surefire is exclusively stocking the new gen muzzle devices on suppressors on their website. Kinda worried about my 14.5 tOBR with an old style flash hider pinned and welded. I'd love to be able to throw a can on it at some point. Not sure how much longer I'll be able to get factory new FA556 style suppressors. |

I was also told that the Purchasing manager does not have an ETA on the 556 brakes, but they do currently have the 762 brakes.... |
