I think POI shift has more to do with the host mount and can itself, than the gun...

Yep.  5.56 QD from YHM threw the impact up 1/2 moa at 100 yds.

I use a YHM can on both my 12" and 16" Stealth. On the 16" it doesn't change POI hardly at all at 100 yards. I don't necessarily shoot for the tightest group possible but the suppressor doesn't change POI enough to really make any difference in hitting Dip can's or clay piegons at 150 yards+. The 12" is about an inch left and down.

I was mostly concerned about the Medium contour on the Stealth and harmonics.
I understand about the mount and can itself.
My Halo ( old) has to be indexed or the POI changes on my 556.
The G5 with the bilok is pretty solid and repeatable.

12" Stealth and Gemtech G5.  I zeroed the upper with the suppressor.
