Please do not take this post as a complaint, I am merely trying to get more information so that I have a better understanding of what happened with my order this morning.
This morning I placed an Order for 1 Discreet Mk2 case and 2 UDE PMAGs to round out my girlfriend's birthday present. After placing the order I got to the check out screen I completed the order not thinking about it and the shipping was $39.95 flat rate for UPS. A couple hours later I remembered that when I was looking originally at the cases and went to check shipping the shipping cost for a Discreet Mk2 case was only $28.00. My question is why on the same order with the case am I charged an additional $11.95 for 2 items that add 5.2oz (approx) each to the package, the mags will fit inside the case or the box so they shouldn't require another box unless there is some unknown factor I am not aware of. Again, please do not take this as a complaint, I love your product and plan on buying much more from you in the future, I just wanted to know why this was or if this is a glitch in your shipping matrix. It's not a big deal. Similar things have happened to many of us. The new site sometimes has a shipping tissy fit. If you notice before you complete the order, just add a note in the comment section. If you don't notice, most of the time they will adjust the shipping for you. You should have an order number, make a quick phone call and they will adjust it for you.

Took your advice and gave them a call, per Shane, because the discreet case is a larger item it has a Flat Rate of $28, and then anything additional goes by the standard rate of $11.95. I just find this odd because it all shipped in the same box |
| When i placed my first order about six months ago, before the flat rate shipping went into effect, I was about to check out and decided last minute to add a Troy rear BUIS. It added something ridiculous to the shipping. They adjusted it with the note I added in the comments to double-check the cost. |

I contacted them back about this via email and they credited back the charge of 11.95 for Shipping for the magazines which were shipped in the same box with the case. The initial order I placed via phone due to not knowing what cases were in stock and needing a specific color, the initial agent told me that the Flat Rate cost for the Covert Case was 39.95 |
