The regular ACOG throw levet mount? Does it matter what side the throw levers are on?

Dont see why not it would have to be the same as the stock one from trjiicon and it is reversible.

Yes, it's reversible. I have mine on the ejection port side. Works like a dream!

Having it reversed should be fine. That being said, if you don't have the mount yet, you could look into the LT-622. It is basically a mirror image of the LT-100. I don't think it's on the website but it exists.
